A job card is made for making a specific Style no. and a bar code is put on the job card to trace movement and the status of garment at each of the stages like

Knitwears
Master consumption per piece is defined by the merchandisers, the system automatically computes bill of material required to execute the order, the yarn planning is done so is the planning for accessories and trims. Each of the style is defined with the processes that it will span and the panel wt is also defined in to the system. Yarn is issued to the fabricators for knitting and the panels are received back. A stacking card is generated for a batch of garments, which has a barcode on it.
