The Product is Web enabled where in a customer books his proceeds online and an auto mail, SMS is sent to the Company for pickup and then Booked, Collected, Routed and Landed.

Dispatched and Delivered Life Cycle is followed. There is a provision for electronic proof of delivery and verification using a CLI from clients Mobile Phone. The track and trace is available through the Clients Web Site and the system can be pre-programmed for providing automatic updates through mail and SMS. There is also an option to provide track and trace using SMS. Auto Billing features depending on the customer life cycle and auto posting of commissions for the booking staff are also available.
